MAINTAIN is a faintly perfumed, pale yellow emulsion which is a germicidal, buffable, slip resistant maintainer which cleans and disinfects and on drying restores a hard glossy surface to a polished floor. Maintain can give best results on well polished surfaces.

The surfactant present in MAINTAIN cleans the dirt on the surface of the applied polish and at the same time it disinfectants the floor. Other materials simultaneously coat the floor with a thin layer of polish. MAINTAIN is a useful product as it helps in restoring the shine of polished floors and saves a lot of labour with one step cleaning, disinfection and polishing.

MAINTAIN is suitable for various floor surfaces including terrazzo and PVC tiles, linoleum, rubber tiles and sealed surfaces of wood.

MAINTAIN is to be used neat. The floor to be maintained is applied with a clean mop with the product and allowed to dry. In case a better performance is desired an extra application after the first coat has dried will be helpful. Application must be slowly and carefully done as the surfactant in the product could lead to foaming if the application is vigorous.

However, prolonged skin contact may cause minor irritation in persons whose skin is sensitive.In case of splashes onto eyes, flood thoroughly with water.In case of ingestion, give plenty of water and seek medical attention.Customers are requested not to reuse empty containers and dispose them promptly.
