advanced technology, improved from the 120KTS (Horizontal Powder Packaging
Machine) Series, with filling and packaging quality, energy consumption,
automatic control of complete, stable performance easy operation and
maintenance. Our 120KTS – Horizontal powder packaging machine is designed to
fill and packaging packages of powder products. This machine is used to produce
single piece of 4-side sealed bag. It can do the work of dosing, filling,
sealing, cutting, bag-forming, packaging, slicing, code-printing and counting.
Suitable for packing powder packages Used in Hotels, home, restaurants, etc. as
cafe powder, food powder, juice powder, medicine powder, baking powder,
cleaning materials powder and all powder products. The machine operates with
non-pressed and continuous packaging materials. It can operate with cellophane,
pearlized, polypropylene and aluminum laminated packaging materials in the hot
bonding system. All packaging materials complying with hot bonding can be
worked on. This machine can make packages from 40 mm wide to 120 mm wide for
width (Roller width depends) and by 60mm long up to 140 mm long for length. The
machine work with a production speed of 100 packages per minute. Machine is
very simple and easy to operate. Simply pressing the touch panel with your
finger can alter the setting and change the bag length. Various packaging data
can be stored in the memory. The machine can automatically complete the
products measuring, conveying and feeding, filling and bag forming, date code
printing, bag sealing and cutting. PLC control system combined with touch
screen, can easily set can change the packing parameters. All surfaces which
are contacted by the product to be packaged and the whole body are all coated
with 304 quality stainless sheets. Machine is under warranty for 2 year.
