Pre Galvanized pipes are generally manufactured through a coil that has undergone the galvanization process. Further galvanization is not required after pipes have been formed from the coils. These pipes and tubes have a high structural integrity and are resistant to corrosive environment. G.P Pipes & Tubes are manufactured as per ASTM standards. Pre galvanized steel pipes & tubes are manufactured from 1/2″ to 8″. Square hollow sections and Rectangular hollow sections are also available in pre galvanized finish.

In case of galvanized steel pipes, black steel pipes are manufactured by forming coils to required pipe sizes and then are passed through the galvanizing process.

Galvanized steel pipe is a steel pipe that has been coated with zinc. This coating protects the steel from corrosion. It is most commonly used for outdoor construction like fences and handrails, or for some interior plumbing. It is also sometimes called galvanized iron pipe.

To create galvanized steel pipe, steel materials are placed into a molten bath of zinc. This process is also called hot dip galvanization. The two metals are chemically bound to one another in this process, and will therefore never separate, resulting in a more resistant and longer lasting version of steel.
